On September 18th, 2008 Jerry Baker gave a talk to the HP Chamber of Commerce
Women’s Networking Group of Highland Park, Ill. The talk explained the tremendous
growth of the Internet and how it was affection Local Businesses.

The phenomenon of the Internet “Local Search” was explained and how it is affecting
Local businesses in the Chicago area. Because of the Internet local search
features, prospects were able to search for any type of business within Chicagoland.
Companies and individuals were able to obtain enormous amounts of information on

Also explained is how Local businesses can determine exactly how effective their
websites are functioning. Each website contains Statistical Analysis software that
